I am not a doctor or nurse, do not have a degree in exercise physiology, nor am I a licensed trainer, coach, yoga teacher or registered dietitian.
I have zero qualifications to give advice or tell others* what to do with their bodies.
I do try to be a vigilant observer of my body's needs and love to read up on ways to stay fit and challenge myself. I will leave the theory to the pros and occasionally summarize what I have learned (with sources) and share my hypotheses and conclusions as they pertain to my personal journey.
I like to do things correctly, so if you notice a mistakes in my commentary or if in a photo I'm doing something incorrectly or in an unsafe way, I welcome and appreciate the feedback.
*Except my kids and sometimes my husband.
